Junior High
Grades 6th-8th
The Oceanview Prep Junior High Program is intentionally designed to build a strong academic, spiritual, and personal foundation during the most formative years of a student’s life. The program runs four days a week, with an optional Wednesday flex day add-on, providing families with both structure and flexibility. Within a small, highly relational environment, students are known, challenged, and guided as they develop confidence, discipline, and a love of learning.
At the beginning of their Junior High journey, there is minimal homework as they learn to manage their time effectively during the school day. This approach allows them greater freedom in the evenings and on their flex day to explore and grow in their interests, hobbies, sports, and community service. Through our mentorship program, these three years are intentionally spent helping students discover their God-given talents and interests while developing meaningful skills in those areas.
This foundation prepares them for high school success with a deeper understanding of themselves and the paths that will help them accomplish their goals. They enter high school with clarity, purpose, and the confidence to take the next steps.
Seaside Scholars Track Program
Students begin shaping their future by selecting an academic track aligned with their interests and goals, including Pre-Medical, Computer Architecture & Engineering and Leadership & Entrepreneurship. While students may refine their direction from year to year, we encourage continuity within a chosen track to allow for deeper mastery and meaningful progression. Each track provides a tailored educational experience, with electives, guest speakers, field trips, and hands-on opportunities intentionally aligned to that field of study. This focused approach creates a boutique, high-touch learning environment where students are not only academically prepared, but also gain early exposure, practical experience, and clarity of purpose—equipping them to move forward with confidence and direction.

Core Academic Program
Oceanview Preparatory offers a rigorous and thoughtfully structured core curriculum in Math, English, Science, and History, designed to challenge students while emphasizing real-world application. Students are placed into appropriate levels through assessment, with opportunities to advance into Honors, Advanced Placement, and Dual Enrollment courses across all subject areas. This intentional approach ensures each student is both supported and stretched academically. Through high standards, personalized placement, and college-level opportunities, our students are well-equipped for successful college admission and prepared to excel beyond the classroom.
Elective Courses
Electives are intentionally aligned with each student’s chosen track—whether Pre-Medical, Computer Architecture & Engineering and Leadership & Entrepreneurship. Rather than disconnected options, students engage in focused, real-world experiences that deepen their interests and build practical skills. This tailored approach fosters purpose, growth, and clarity as students prepare for their future.
